For cleaning applications, the Unitech PCB cleaner will be on display, designed to accommodate large board sizes while delivering thorough and consistent cleaning for demanding assemblies.
Seika’s booth will also feature advanced inspection and analysis technologies, including the Morita Tech WM7000 series EMC Noise Scanner, used to visualize and analyze electromagnetic emissions during product development and validation. In addition, Kyowa strain gage systems will be showcased for measuring mechanical stress across critical assembly processes such as reflow, ICT, functional testing, and depaneling.
Also featured is the Sawa T100 automatic stencil inspection system, which provides fast, repeatable aperture inspection to support print quality and process consistency.
