DISTRON CORPORATION, a leading U.S.-based electronics contract manufacturer, will be exhibiting at MEDevice Boston 2026, taking place August 26–27 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention Center in Boston. Visitors can find the team at Exhibit Level Hall C, Booth 322.

DISTRON has been working with OEMs for more than 50 years, supporting programs from early prototypes through full production. The company serves a range of industries, with a strong focus on medical device manufacturing where consistency, traceability, and process control are critical.

The company operates under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 certifications, with operators trained to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. These systems are supported by a quality-driven approach on the floor, reflected in strong first pass yield and ongoing process improvements.

DISTRON’s manufacturing setup is built for high-mix, low-volume production. Its SMT lines, powered by Mycronic equipment, are designed for fast changeovers, helping customers move quickly without sacrificing quality. The company supports the full build process, including PCB assembly, box build, testing, inspection, and fulfillment.

In recent months, DISTRON has also expanded its in-house capabilities with automated conformal coating machine, selective solder machine, and a board routing machine. This gives the team more control over protection processes for complex assemblies. This is especially important for medical and other high-reliability applications where environmental protection and repeatability matter.

“MEDevice Boston brings together a lot of the engineers and teams we work with every day,” said Robert H. Donovan, CEO of DISTRON. “It’s a good opportunity to have real conversations about what’s working, what’s changing, and how we can support new designs moving into production.”

DISTRON also works with clean tech customers to support more energy-efficient designs and follows RoHS requirements across its materials and processes.

At Booth 322, visitors can talk with the team about current programs, new product introductions, and how DISTRON approaches manufacturing for regulated and high-reliability environments.
