Austin American Technology (AAT) is continuing to expand its team as the company grows its manufacturing capabilities and prepares to support increasing demand for its industry-leading PCB cleaning solutions. The company has recently added five new team members across key areas of the business, including accounting, manufacturing, purchasing, fabrication, and engineering.
The new additions include Damon Hunkins as Accounting Manager, Caleb Dollarhide as Manufacturing Lead/Supervisor, Darren Barnes as Purchasing Specialist, Daniel Caballero as Plastic Welder/Fabricator, and Halle Steinke as Lead CAD Designer.

The expansion follows AAT’s recent growth initiatives, including the successful integration of Aqua Klean Systems and a threefold increase in inline cleaner production capacity. By combining decades of cleaning technology expertise with an expanded manufacturing team, AAT is positioned to better support customers with shorter lead times, increased production capacity, and advanced cleaning solutions for today’s demanding electronics manufacturing environments.
The company’s expanded team will support continued development and production of AAT’s portfolio of batch cleaners, inline cleaners, solvent cleaners, and stencil cleaning systems. All AAT cleaning systems are engineered and manufactured at the company’s Austin, Texas facility and are customized to meet the unique process requirements of customers across industries including automotive, medical, military, and aerospace.
