Based in Guadalajara, Francisco will support electronics manufacturers across the country, helping them implement flexible and efficient production solutions that improve performance and operational outcomes.
Francisco brings more than 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, combining strong technical expertise with extensive commercial knowledge. Throughout his career, he has supported customers with equipment, software, and service solutions, consistently demonstrating the ability to solve complex manufacturing challenges through technology and collaboration.
His career began on the shop floor as an SMT Engineer, where he developed a deep understanding of production processes and operational constraints. He later progressed into SMT Process Leader and Field Service roles, strengthening his hands-on expertise in customer support and manufacturing optimization. He subsequently transitioned into sales and business development, where he has spent many years helping electronics manufacturers identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
