At the show, Inovaxe will be running live demonstrations of its Line Side Model LS350 Smart Rack, part of the company’s LS Series of intelligent storage systems. The Inovaxe Line Side Model LS350 Smart Rack is an intelligent line-side material storage solution designed to optimize SMT production efficiency by providing immediate access to up to 192 seven-inch component reels directly at the SMT line. Engineered to support just-in-time replenishment, the LS350 minimizes operator travel and material handling while ensuring critical components are always within reach. Its compact design enables rapid production changeovers, helping manufacturers reduce downtime, and maintain continuous production flow in manufacturing environments.
Alongside the live demos, Inovaxe will also be highlighting its new InoHD™ platform through video walkthroughs and on-site discussions. The system takes a different approach to a familiar problem—floor space.
InoHD™ replaces traditional storage aisles with servo-driven mobile shelving combined with smart sensing and pick-to-light technology. The result is dense storage without sacrificing accessibility. Operators can access materials directly where they’re needed, with built-in verification to help prevent picking mistakes.
In terms of capacity, the system is designed to store 10,560 SMT reels within a compact footprint of 8 ft x 4 ft, while still maintaining fast, guided retrieval. For manufacturers working with limited space—or trying to avoid expanding it—that kind of density can make a noticeable difference.
