StenTech® Inc., an industry leader in SMT printing solutions, today announced the acquisition of Pentagon EMS, bringing together two engineering-driven manufacturers to form a more integrated platform for PCBA process tooling, precision machining, and advanced engineered parts for high-reliability industries.
Pentagon EMS specializes in PCB assembly tooling and fixtures, including wave solder pallets, SMT carriers, conformal coat fixtures, and press-fit support fixtures and top tools, supported by deep engineering expertise and CNC machining capabilities. The company will continue to operate as an independent brand under the StenTech umbrella, preserving its customer relationships while leveraging expanded scale and resources.
The acquisition strengthens StenTech’s capabilities in precision tooling, CNC machining, and complex part manufacturing, enhancing process control and production efficiency in increasingly demanding assembly environments. These capabilities complement StenTech’s North American manufacturing platform, which delivers localized production, rapid turnaround, and integrated solutions across machining, photo chemical etching, laser cutting, and SMT stencil technologies.
