Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, will host two back-to-back hands-on VERSAFLOW 3 training courses at its U.S. headquarters in Plymouth, Wisconsin, from April 27–May 1, 2026. The courses are designed to give engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel practical skills in both machine maintenance and application optimization.
The first course focuses on Level II Maintenance, covering machine setup, calibration, nitrogen and pneumatic systems, electrical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and servicing of flux, preheat, and solder modules. The second course, Level II Application, emphasizes process optimization, including programming, temperature profiling, lead-free solder best practices, and strategies to maximize throughput while minimizing defects.
Both courses are limited in size to ensure a hands-on, interactive experience. Participants completing either course will receive a certificate of completion validating their advanced skills on the VERSAFLOW 3 system.
Training will be held at Kurtz Ersa, Inc., 1779 Pilgrim Road, Plymouth, WI 53073.
