CalcuQuote, a leading supply chain solutions provider for the electronics industry, announced that it will host Accelerate 2026, its annual user conference, from April 20–22, 2026, at Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson. The in-person event will bring together electronics manufacturing services (EMS) providers, OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners for two days of product deep dives, customer insights, and hands-on collaboration focused on maximizing the value of the CalcuQuote platform.
Built around the theme “Think Outside the BOM,” Accelerate 2026 will explore how manufacturers can go beyond traditional material costing to unlock broader supply chain intelligence. The event highlights how companies are leveraging the full CalcuQuote ecosystem—including integrated data, automation, and strategic partnerships—to improve quoting accuracy, reduce supply risk, and drive more informed purchasing decisions.
Accelerate is designed specifically for organizations actively using—or considering—CalcuQuote to improve quoting, sourcing, and supply chain workflows. Attendees will include executives and decision-makers responsible for operational performance and ROI, power users seeking advanced workflows and integrations, system administrators managing CalcuQuote deployments, and newer users looking to deepen their understanding of the platform.
“Accelerate is about helping our customers get the most out of their investment in CalcuQuote. The sessions focus on real product usage, measurable ROI, and direct conversations with the experts who build and support the platform. It’s an opportunity for our customers and partners to share ideas, learn from each other, and discover new ways to strengthen their supply chain strategies.” said Kailtyn Tredaway, the COO at CalcuQuote.
The conference will feature product and architecture deep dives, customer success stories, interactive discussions, and open Q&A sessions with CalcuQuote subject matter experts (SME). Dedicated SME tables will allow attendees to explore topics such as reporting, MSA, compliance, labor modeling, and automation in smaller, hands-on discussions.
Accelerate will also highlight the broader CalcuQuote ecosystem and its role in supporting smarter decision-making across the electronics supply chain. Integrated solutions and partners include Beeproduced, Accuris, Banyan.eco, and Cetec ERP, along with key distribution and supplier partners.
The event begins on April 20 with an informal evening networking reception, followed by two days of programming focused on product innovation, advanced use cases, and peer collaboration. Approximately 100 attendees are expected this year.
CalcuQuote’s platform helps electronics manufacturers transform RFQs into structured project data, generate accurate quotes faster, and gain real-time visibility into component availability, lifecycle status, compliance requirements, and supply chain risks. By combining automation, data intelligence, and integrated workflows, the company enables organizations to quote faster, purchase smarter, and compete more effectively in a rapidly changing electronics market.
