PARMI, a leader in advanced 3D inspection systems, will exhibit its latest technologies at productronica 2025, taking place November 18–21 at Messe München. Visitors can find PARMI in Hall A2, Stand 161, where the company will present its full portfolio of 3D inspection systems and groundbreaking AI-driven inspection software designed to streamline production and boost quality across electronics manufacturing.
At the heart of PARMI’s exhibit is its industry-leading Xceed platform, featuring several advanced configurations, including Xceed (3D AOI), Xceed IGBT (IGBT 3D AOI), and Xceed BSI (Bottom Side Inspection 3D AOI), as well as the next-generation Intellion 3D AOI. Visitors will also see the PCI Conformal Coating Inspection System and SigmaX 3D SPI, providing a complete solution for inspection throughout the SMT process.
A major highlight of the booth will be PARMI’s AI Teaching & Inspection technology, a breakthrough that dramatically reduces AOI model teaching time by more than 90% compared to traditional methods. Using only a physical PCB and BOM, the AI automatically creates full inspection models with a single click—no Gerber files or extensive manual setup required.
Built on a proprietary deep learning model trained with nearly one million component examples, PARMI’s AI is able to “see” components like a human operator—identifying body, lead, and pad—and then automatically generating ROIs for inspection. This approach eliminates variability caused by operator skill levels, reduces false calls, and accelerates production ramp-up. Additional AI-driven features such as Auto Debugging and AI Verification further simplify setup, optimize inspection performance, and help manufacturers achieve higher yields with less effort.
“PARMI is redefining what manufacturers can expect from AOI,” said Juan Arango, Head of Sales and Business Development, PARMI. “By combining world-class 3D inspection hardware with powerful AI-driven software, we’re giving customers the tools they need to achieve faster line setup, more consistent results, and better overall process efficiency.”
Visitors to Hall A2, Stand 161 can experience live demonstrations of PARMI’s full inspection ecosystem, including real-time AI teaching and verification, and learn how PARMI solutions help manufacturers meet the increasing demands of high-reliability electronics production.
