Unlike traditional storage systems, the AccuLiFT™ incorporates specialized features tailored for SMT component reels, offering a unique blend of flexibility and automation that significantly boosts operational performance.
At the heart of the AccuLiFT™ is a Vertical Lift Module (VLM) storage system, reimagined to handle the specific needs of SMT component reels. With the ability to reach heights of up to 16.8 feet (5.1 meters) while maintaining a compact footprint, the AccuLiFT™ can store up to 8,000 small (7-inch diameter) reels, making it a powerful solution for space optimization in manufacturing environments. The patented pallet system within the AccuLiFT™ allows users to easily adjust the storage configuration, accommodating a mix of large and small reels, as well as varying reel tape thicknesses.
In addition to its flexible storage capabilities, the AccuLiFT™ features an automated loading and unloading system. This integrated robot is specifically designed to minimize labor requirements, streamlining the handling of reels and further enhancing operational efficiency.
