MaRC Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturers’ representative and solutions provider for the electronics manufacturing industry, is pleased to announce that it will highlight advanced cleaning solutions for electronics manufacturing at the 2026 SMTA Space Coast Expo and Technical Forum, taking place November 12 at the Melbourne Auditorium in Melbourne, Florida. The company will focus on the PBT Works SuperSWASH III for PCBA cleaning and MiniSWASH II for stencil cleaning, emphasizing the benefits of closed-loop cleaning technology for consistent, controlled and efficient production processes.

Company representatives will be available to discuss the technologies, applications and process benefits of the PBT Works equipment with electronics manufacturing professionals.

The SuperSWASH III is a high-performance cleaning system designed for PCBA applications, including complex and highly populated assemblies. Its spray-in-air cleaning technology provides thorough coverage for removing flux residues and other contaminants, while the system’s closed-loop process incorporates dedicated filtration and process control to support repeatable cleaning results. The system is particularly suited for applications where reliable board cleanliness is important, including assemblies that will undergo conformal coating.

For stencil cleaning, the MiniSWASH II provides automated cleaning for stencils, squeegees and misprinted PCBs. Its rotating spray technology and integrated drying system are designed to deliver consistent cleaning while helping protect stencil quality and maintain repeatable printing performance. The system is available in a closed-loop configuration with dedicated filtration for the cleaning process.

Together, the SuperSWASH III and MiniSWASH II demonstrate PBT Works’ approach to closed-loop cleaning, helping manufacturers reduce dependence on manual cleaning processes while maintaining control over critical cleaning parameters. Proper stencil cleaning can help prevent residual solder paste and adhesive contamination from contributing to printing problems and downstream defects.

“Cleaning is an essential part of the electronics manufacturing process, particularly as assemblies become more complex and reliability requirements continue to increase,” said Mike Gunderson, Sales Manager at MaRC Technologies. “The SuperSWASH III and MiniSWASH II give manufacturers purpose-built solutions for PCBA and stencil cleaning while providing the process control and closed-loop operation needed for consistent results. We look forward to discussing these technologies with manufacturers at SMTA Space Coast.”
