RBB, a trusted leader in electronics manufacturing since 1973, RBB is pleased to announce that it has expanded its production capabilities with the launch of a second manufacturing shift, effective September 21, 2026. The additional shift extends RBB’s daily production schedule and provides greater capacity to support customer requirements and ongoing manufacturing demand.
RBB’s production operations now run across two four-day shifts. The first shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while the newly established second shift operates Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The overlapping schedules provide continuity between shifts while extending the company’s overall daily production window.
“The addition of a second shift represents an important step for RBB as we continue to strengthen our production capabilities and support our customers. By extending our operating hours, we can make better use of our manufacturing resources, increase available production capacity and provide additional flexibility as customer requirements evolve.” said Jeff Schartiger, Operations Manager at RBB.
The second shift also allows RBB to optimize its manufacturing resources across a longer production day while maintaining its established four-day work schedule. The expanded schedule is designed to give the company additional flexibility in managing production requirements, scheduling and throughput.
With the second shift now operational, RBB is positioned to accommodate increased production needs while continuing to focus on quality, efficiency and dependable delivery.
