Scienscope International will exhibit at SMTA International 2026, taking place October 27–29 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Attendees can visit Booth 2718 to see the company’s latest inspection, inventory management, and smart storage systems in action.
Leading the lineup is the AXC-800 III, Scienscope’s newest AI-powered X-ray component counting system. Designed for high-volume electronics manufacturing environments, the system delivers up to 99.9% counting accuracy using advanced imaging and AI-based algorithms. It provides real-time results, automatic label generation, and MES connectivity to help streamline material tracking and reduce manual counting errors on the production floor.
Also featured will be the IMS-100, an automated inventory management system that captures and tracks reels using high-resolution barcode imaging. The system is built to speed up inventory handling while improving traceability and supporting real-time material visibility in high-mix production environments.
Scienscope will also showcase the Xspection 1860 X-ray inspection system, a flexible platform used for detailed defect analysis and quality assurance. With a closed-tube X-ray source and tilting capability, it produces high-resolution images for batch inspection of complex assemblies, including multilayer PCBs, voids, and through-hole solder joints. The system also generates inspection data and statistical output to support process monitoring and line optimization.
Completing the booth will be Scienscope’s Smart Dry Cabinets, designed to protect moisture-sensitive components from humidity-related damage. Operating at ultra-low humidity levels of 1–10% RH, the cabinets use self-regenerating desiccant technology that eliminates the need for nitrogen or compressed air. A modular design allows users to expand or reconfigure the system as production needs change.
At Booth 2718, Scienscope will demonstrate how manufacturers are tightening up component tracking, speeding up inspection, and reducing handling steps across SMT operations.
About Scienscope
Scienscope was founded in 1994 by Mr. Eddy Lin to provide reliable and cost-effective inspection solutions for the electronics and PCB industries. Over the past 30 years, the company has continued to innovate and evolve, offering a complete array of inspection solutions, including offline and inline X-Ray systems, video inspection systems, and microscopes. In 2018, Scienscope introduced the first X-ray reel component counter, which provides a fully automated solution for managing electronic materials and streamlining operations. The company now offers many solutions to save time, money, and effort and can seamlessly integrate our equipment into MES, ERP, or any other 3rd party software systems. Scienscope invites global SMT manufacturers to join our mission and revolutionize your operations to achieve your goals.
