MicroCare LLC today announced the appointment of executive team member Sean Gallimore as chief operating officer responsible for global operations, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Since joining MicroCare in 2025, Gallimore has played a key role in advancing the company’s growth strategy and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

In his new role, Gallimore will help accelerate growth across the organization, enhance operational excellence, and deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide. His promotion comes as MicroCare continues to expand its leadership in specialty cleaning, coating, and lubrication solutions for industries including electronics, fiber optics, medical technology, aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, and industrial technology.

Gallimore brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across advanced manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial markets. Known for translating strategy into execution, he has a proven record of scaling businesses, commercializing innovation, and driving sustainable growth.

“Sean understands both where our markets are going and what it takes to build organizations that can scale and make a meaningful impact,” said Tom Tattersall, CEO of MicroCare. “That blend of vision and execution is exactly what we need as we continue expanding our global business and delivering innovative solutions to customers around the world.”

Prior to joining MicroCare, Gallimore held leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare, Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, and Philips Healthcare. Most recently, he served as President of Dynisco, an Indicor company, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at PDI Healthcare, where he successfully led the growth and expansion of both organizations.

“MicroCare has built a strong reputation for solving complex manufacturing and cleaning challenges through innovation and customer partnership,” said Gallimore. “I’m excited to build on that foundation, strengthen collaboration across the organization, and help drive the company’s next phase of growth.”
