Bivins will co-present “Collaborating to Replace 3M Novec 72DA for Cleaning Implantable Medical Devices” with Brandon Fogg of Arthrex Manufacturing as part of the Solvent Cleaning Processes module from 1:30-2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 8. The presentation will describe the collaboration between KYZEN and Arthrex to replace 3M Novec 72DA for cleaning implantable medical devices and highlight multiple cleaning trials, the validation activity taking place for qualification at Arthrex, including interaction with EHS and Supply Chain to effectively move the qualification process in an efficient manner and much more.

Rueda will present “Next-Generation Cleaning Technologies Transforming MRO and Remanufacturing Processes” during the “Specific Applications (Medical, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.)” module on Thursday, July 9 from 12:00-12:30 PM. The presentation will explore emerging solutions setting new industry standards for cleanliness and performance assisting in remanufacturing and aircraft maintenance operations to restore complex components sustainably. Rueda will provide insight regarding how these technologies can reshape operational workflows, improve product consistency, and support circular manufacturing models aligning with global sustainability goals.
