His career began with comprehensive training in the Navy’s Micro Miniature Electronic Repair Program, establishing a solid foundation in his technical expertise.
Throughout his distinguished career, Norman has seamlessly progressed through every tier of rework and repair, earning industry recognition. His commitment to excellence is underscored by the highest certifications bestowed by IPC, marking him as a Master Instructor in IPC A-610, J-STD-001, IPC A-620, and 7711/7721.
