AQUANOX A4625 is an environmentally responsible, low-VOC cleaning agent designed to clean electronic assemblies in spray-in-air cleaning processes. A4625 has been proven effective in cleaning more than 90% of solder pastes currently in production including lead-free and no-clean flux types. It is safe for multi-pass applications and works well at low temperatures and concentrations.
