Shenzhen SAM Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from May 5-7 for SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026, exhibiting at Booth 2411 alongside three partner companies in a shared space.
The team will be focusing on the SM-800 Semi-Auto FOUP Cleaner, a system built to handle the day-to-day realities of semiconductor manufacturing: reliable cleaning, straightforward operation, and compatibility with cleanroom environments.
The SM-800 uses a combination of spray cleaning, centrifugal drying, and hot air drying to remove contaminants from FOUPs. It can process up to eight sets of 12″ carriers and lids per batch, offering a practical balance between throughput and footprint. The system runs on DI water only, eliminating the need for detergents or other chemicals and simplifying both operation and waste handling.
To improve performance, the DI water is heated during the cleaning cycle, while heated nitrogen and air are used to speed up drying. Cleaning recipes can be adjusted depending on process requirements, giving users more control over results.
The equipment is compact and designed for flexibility in the cleanroom. With sliding doors on both the front and rear, it can support loading and unloading across different cleanroom classifications. DI water is not reused and is discharged after each cycle to maintain consistent water quality.
Safety has also been carefully considered. The SM-800 has been evaluated across a range of areas from electrical and mechanical safety to emergency shutdown, exhaust systems, and operator ergonomics, helping ensure it meets modern safety and environmental expectations.
