With her extensive experience in electronics manufacturing and SMT material handling, Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to STI’s Engineering Services Division.

As an SMT Material Handler, Bailey will play a crucial role in optimizing STI Electronics’ SM operations. She will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials throughout the SMT production process, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Bailey’s profound understanding of material handling procedures and her ability to anticipate and address challenges will be instrumental in maintaining the high-quality standards for which STI is known.
