Now in its 30th year, the award recognizes the industry’s best companies who stay dedicated to excelling at
customer service. What’s more, it is the only industry award that uses direct customer feedback to judge its winners.

Customers were surveyed to determine their satisfaction level across multiple categories, including:

After tabulating and ranking the responses, customers ranked Koh Young as best-in-class in every category.
