Experience the Saki Tokyo Solution Center at Tokyo headquarters digitally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Saki Corporation, an innovator in the field of automated optical and X-ray inspection equipment, is delighted to announce that it has opened the “SAKI Virtual Showroom”, a digital reproduction of the Solution Center housed in its Tokyo headquarters.

The SAKI Virtual Showroom is open to everyone around the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to the equipment on display, the virtual showroom features in-depth product information, application solutions and related videos. Visitors to the interactive facility are able to request further information about the full range of Saki’s inspection equipment, software products and Smart Factory solutions and are invited to book an online M2M demonstration. Navigating the virtual showroom is easy by simply moving the pointer on the screen, just like browsing around a real showroom.

The SAKI Virtual Showroom can be visited at:

The SAKI Virtual Showroom features an entranceway, where the exhibition experience starts, providing the full overview of SAKI’s solutions and information about each system. A reception room leading from the entrance offers a company introduction and video.

Moving to the M2M (Machine to Machine) Line, virtual visitors experience how Saki’s inspection systems provide fast, accurate and highly reliable quality inspection with proprietary hardware and proprietary computational algorithms. These high-quality inspection solutions enable M2M communication with SMT machines that depend on high precision and high measurement accuracy. Saki’s industry leading capabilities are demonstrated on a configuration example of an assembly line, in this case comprising FUJI SMT printers and component pick & place systems, and Saki inspection machines, including the 3D-SPI solder print inspection system and 3D-AOI visual inspection system. These products were developed in collaboration with FUJI Corporation. Saki’s inspection solutions leverage the inter-machine M2M capability to feed inspection data upstream to the FUJI systems, allowing the placement machines to implement adjustments that optimize the assembly process by accounting for measured results, for example component misalignment.

Next in the virtual showroom is the Development Zone, highlighting Saki’s 3D-AOI and 3D-SPI software developments and providing a variety of informative online content.

Saki is renowned for its X-ray inspection equipment. The company’s latest 3D-CT X-ray systems, the 3Xi-M110 and 3Xi-M220, are exhibited in the X-ray Machine Room, along with comprehensive product and application information.

The first floor of the DMGMORI Tokyo Digital Innovation Center, where Saki’s head office is located, has served as the hub for the introduction of Saki’s latest solutions. Since its opening in 2018, the company has delivered equipment demonstrations to a wide range of customers in Japan and overseas.

“With travel restrictions impacting the industry due to the spread of the COVID 19 infection, Saki has chosen to enhance its interactive online demonstration facilities to provide our customers with a viable and efficient alternative to face-to-face presentations”, said Norihiro Koike, President and CEO of Saki Corporation. “I am excited to announce the opening of The SAKI Virtual Showroom for all customers who wish to view SAKI’s solutions virtually, from anywhere at any time.”

Saki will continue to add new content to its showroom, such as the latest product information and videos, to help customers make a smooth transition to the next step of their evaluations.
